Jay Sahni is the founder and managing partner of JSS Law, P.C.

Mr. Sahni's practice involves all aspects of real estate and corporate law.

Mr. Sahni's expertise includes complex landlord-tenant litigation, property closings, business formations and real estate financing. Mr. Sahni personally handles both transactional and litigation matters for the firm’s largest clients.

Having worked at some of New York City's most reputable real estate law firms, Mr. Sahni's experience makes him a resource for landlords, tenants, business owners and fellow attorneys.
